Yemeni Association for Development and Evironment

Yemeni Association for Development and Environment (YADE) is a non-governmental, voluntary, independent organization established and registered in 2002, officially registered as per license no. (89) In Hodeidah governorate. YADE is working on the national and local level at Hodeidah governorate; it is working to contribute in protecting and diversity the environment for everyone in the community and implementing environmental activities and projects by cooperating with government and non-government sectors.

YADE Objectives

  • Develop the indigent, humanitarian local communities through improving it’s economic, social, healthy, educational situations.
  • Rehabilitation and empowerment youth and women who head there family.
  • Contributing in relieving the affected local communities because of natural, economic, social and political disasters.
  • Supporting and advocacy the most vulnerable people in the community for improving their healthy, environmental, psychological and social states.
  • Contributing in saving a clean environment and free of pollution through rising the environment promotion.

Yemeni Association for Development and Evironment

The (YADE) is including a considerable of expertise, formed from a work team owned by the foundation that has various specializations including all development aspects with all economic, social, educational, cultural, health dimensions and activities that provide income and capacity-building. The cadre is also aware and well-informed of effective legislations, laws and by-laws in the Republic of Yemen that are related to the above-mentioned fields, which facilitates the YADE 's works with the other parties in a way that the foundation undertakes all arrangements, coordination, and permits from beneficiary agencies centrally, locally and at the level of governorates and local community.
